I have to be so careful with my weight because if I just even go for a few days where I don’t watch everything I’m eating I can balloon🐖. I am a human balloon in fact. Call me balloon.
Like Mistress Elle I’m not a breakfast person so I’ve got that covered, but I just love my lunches and especially on the weekend with a little wine. Okay, a lot of wine.
It’s more common for people to hover slightly above their ideal weight rather than under it, because let’s be real—life’s too short to skip all the treats. Most of us tend to skirt within 1–3 kilos of our target weight, and it’s totally normal to bounce back after a boozy lunch or a dessert splurge. The key is consistency, not perfection—just keep those healthy habits ticking along, and your body will sort itself out.
I still have a lack of self control when it comes to food, although I have made the point of having fruit, veg and nuts in my diet everyday, I still tend to self sabotage with things have eaten for years, Sometimes I do get to a point where my weight appears to be dropping quite quickly only to go and eat something I never needed.
