Okay, so I’m 5 ft 10 with quite a skinny build and my ideal weight is 70 kilos.
I was 74 kilos, but after a bit of a binge yesterday I’m now 75.

Losing 5 kilos quickly but sanely is doable in 4–6 weeks if you’re focused without going overboard. Cut back on processed foods, balance your meals with plenty of protein and vegetables, and stay consistent with movement—whether it’s walking, dancing, or hitting the gym. We’ve got this, sister!
